Hi, The font on ornament is too small to read the names, and your company denied remaking the ornament with bigger font. It is not just my eyesight, other family members are having difficulty too. It is difficult to tell by sample. Customer service did respond quickly with the denial. I will put in the review, so future customers do not have the same problem,
I do appreciate the quality and how cute the ornament is with box. If you are able to send me one with bigger name font, please do so.

This ornament is well crafted and exceeded my expectations. I love the weight of it, the customization and the size is just right. It came just in time. I also appreciate the fact that I was able to order a gift box. It definitely elevates the entire presentation.. the only downside as far as I’m concerned was the amount of emails that I received for this one order. I think I counted 22 in all! It was definitely overwhelming, but the ornament is beautiful and was totally worth it!
