I’m speechless of my amazing experience with this company for my 2nd time. I don’t even know where to start. First of all whoever is the writer for those funny update emails should really get a raise!! I have never in my life took the time to read update emails until now. I look forward to the updates because they are just so so funny and creative!! Even if this is my second order the messages do not repeat, they get more and more creative each time! Kudos to the writers.
2nd the packaging is so so beautiful and I can definitely tell it was done with care.

The item itself was nice but I paid for gift wrapping and it did not come gift wrapped and had a two foot ribbon just laying in the box. I had this delivered as a gift and when my parents opened it, I was disappointed to learn it was not wrapped. I paid extra for the wrapping and did not get this service!

The box arrived damaged. I emailed support and have not heard back yet. I'm hoping the issue will be resolved, but it might not be able to be rectified before Christmas. :( Otherwise, it's a very nice box.

It came within the delivery time. Love that I was able to customize the text on the block. Wish we had color choices for the text on the block though. They had a lot of color choices for the jerseys. It was a lot smaller than I expected but it still came out nice. Wish the cord for the led light was longer. Overall it’s a nice customized gift.
